Everything is here except for the original game that came with it, so it has been substituted with another fallout 3 disc in a clear case. The plastic sleeve around the lunch box has torn on the left side, so I had to tape it to keep it together, and the plastic has chipped on the front. The lunchbox itself is in good condition with one noticeable dent that you can only see from the inside.
