This is a moderately used original PS4 in pretty good condition overall–there are no particular issues with the console. It comes with three controllers (Jet Black, Wave Blue, and Camo).

The console has been fully factory reset, and will come with all cables (HDMI and power). There will also be a Micro-USB cable included so you can setup the controllers and charge them appropriately.
