Selling for parts

I dont know if this ps3 is broken or can be easily fixed but when I turn it on the green light comes on for a few seconds and then goes black. But when plugged in the red light will stay on until you turn the console on.

I will include the hdmi cable and power cable if you want just text me and let me know.
