Complete and in working condition.
The manual has proof of purchase missing and someone wrote down a customer service number.

Disc looks great but it has had scratches buff out at some point

The case is in decent shape along with the cover art. The only thing of note is a crack on the front top right.

Will package it carefully in a box.
