The Select footswitch selects the active channel. Channel A (green LED) is The Godfather overdrive in its stock configuration. Channel B (red LED) is modified for slightly more gain and sag. The Bypass footswitch is a master bypass and will bring you back to your original tone no matter which channel is selected. The toggle switch gives you the option of running the two drives as A/B or A+B making this a possible do all for your overdrive needs.
