Fair Condition

PS3 slim console only. For parts or repair. Console needs update & hard drive. When the console turn on it immediately turn right off. Flashing yellow. Tried fixing it but still dont know what the problem is. Clean console it is Fair condition just for parts and repair only. No cords or controller.
